Photography is more of a hobby to me than anything else, people who do this professionally are far more hardcore than I am! I enjoy shooting with vintage lenses adapted to my Sony mirrorless camera, they’re cheaper than investing in the latest and greatest, often come with unique visual properties, and I primarily shoot in manual mode so I rarely need the bells and whistles you get with the newer stuff. Plus I hate focus by wire. Lately I’ve been enjoying using vintage Olympus OM glass and I’ve even started branching into shooting on film using the OM cameras these lenses were designed for!
